The Microsoft Alumni Foundation is fueled by the dedication and countless hours invested by Microsoft Alumni who volunteer to help run the organization.  We currently have several standing teams addressing specific topic areas that are key to supporting our Alumni and growing the Foundation.  We will look to build new teams to address new programs and grow our existing teams to build capacity.  If you are interested in volunteering at the Microsoft Alumni Foundation, please contact us.

Communications Team

Our Alumni are making meaningful contributions addressing some of the world’s toughest challenges.  Help us tell their inspiring stories.  It will take a big team get the message out and to keep things fresh on our website and across our social media properties.  We are looking for writers, editors, designers, project managers, PR specialists, and social media enthusiasts all to become a part of our virtual creative department. Integral Fellows Committee

Recognizing Microsoft Alumni and their nonprofit organizations is the goal of the Foundation’s annual cornerstone program. The Integral Fellows Committee has a vital role in the success of the Fellows program.  With support from the Microsoft Alumni Foundation staff, the committee drives the methodology for evaluating nominees, reviews all nominees for inspirational achievement consistent with the philosophy of the program, provides advocacy for and performs due diligence on a subset of nominees, recommends a final slate of nominees for external judges to review and participates in the external judges review.  (Current Volunteers:  Craig Bruya, Jean Francois Heitz, Susan James, Kevin Phaup, Pamela Portin, Rao Remala)
