Integral Fellows Awards Program
The Integral Fellows award recognizes and supports Microsoft alumni who are making meaningful differences in the daily lives of others by using their talents, time and resources to contribute to the world, whether on a local, regional, national, or global scale.
Alumni are achieving measurable results in many capacities. They may have started a non-profit organization or may be an exceptional manager. They may volunteer or be paid or unpaid staff. Their organizations may be just starting to make a significant impact, and with additional help will be ready to scale. Or their non-profit may be well established, scalable and now achieving global success.
Nominees may be a founder of a non-profit or perhaps they work behind the scenes or volunteer to make a difference. They may work with one organization or across many. Their efforts may not be glamorous, but they have created positive impact. They exemplify the values of the Integral Fellows program.
Philosophy
It is our goal to inspire great philanthropic
work by recognizing and supporting those alumni who are already making
significant contributions. Similar to our organization, we look for our
Fellows to exemplify the following values:
- Entrepreneurship
- We believe in taking the best of what we learned at Microsoft and
using it to address our planet’s problems. We’re passionate about
changing the world. We work hard, take risks, and are inspired by the
amazing difference our alumni are making every day.
- Innovation
- We believe that through our brightest ideas and most creative
thinking we can look at the problems we face in a new way, in a new
light, and find inspired solutions.
- Effectiveness - We know that real results are those which are measurable and make a lasting impact.
- Collaboration - We know that by working together we can accomplish so much more than we could on our own.
- Integrity - We value honesty, fair play, professionalism, and transparency.
